Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center in Houston. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and support patient safety and education throughout the care journey.

The role requires a BSN, active TX RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of RN experience. Relocation assistance is available for eligible new hires.

Qualifications

• BSN required or equivalent
• RN license in TX at hire
• Basic Life Support (CPR) required
• At least 1 year of RN experience at hire or after

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and deliver holistic nursing care.
• Develop, direct, and evaluate individualized care plans with patient/family education.
• Prepare patients for procedures and administer physician orders with safety protocols.
