TriHealth Cancer Institute at Clinton Regional Hospital is seeking an RN to provide holistic patient care, collaborate with a skilled care team, and support patients through challenging moments. This PRN/optional role emphasizes continuous learning and professional development within a compassionate oncology setting.

Requirements include an RN license and an Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing; new hires must obtain a BSN within five years.

Formación

• RN licensure required
• BSN within 5 years for new hires
• Up to 1 year clinical nursing experience
• Knowledge of nursing sciences and patient care principles
• Preferred professional organization membership
• Preferred specialty certification when eligible
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required

Responsabilidades

• Performs initial and ongoing patient/family assessments and documents findings per TriHealth guidelines.
• Develops and communicates plan of care with patient, family, and healthcare team; sets short and long-term goals.
• Maintains a safe, respectful environment and performs interventions based on clinical data and desired outcomes.
• Evaluates care plans and collaborates with team to revise plan as needed; supervises delegated care.
• Administers medications/treatments safely and monitors effects; uses equipment properly.
• Pursues professional development and shares knowledge with colleagues; supports continuous improvement.
