Job summary

American Oncology Network, Inc. is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for the Zangmeister Cancer Center in Columbus, Ohio. You will provide safe, accurate patient care with emphasis on oncology principles and teamwork.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, labs and vital signs review, medication administration, education, triage, and EMR documentation. The role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site setting.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license in state of employment or multi-state license.
• Current CPR and BLS certifications.
• Experience with hematology/oncology patients in clinic or hospital setting.
• Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle for travel to other locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, accurate patient care including assessment, labs, vital signs, and drug administration.
• Educate patients and caregivers about medications and treatment plan.
• Perform triage and communicate patient condition to multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain EMR documentation and ensure proper charges.
