Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency in Savannah, GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our patient care team. You will monitor conditions, document plans, and support performance improvement while mentoring nursing staff and maintaining confidentiality and safety standards in a homecare setting.

Qualifications

• Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing preferred.
• Current nursing license (RN), with multi-state licensing preferred.
• Required certifications: BLS and RN license.
• At least one year of nursing experience required for PRN roles.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
