Job summary

American Oncology Partners of Hawaii, LLC is seeking a registered nurse to deliver safe, accurate, and efficient care in a Hawaii oncology clinic. You will perform patient assessments, review labs and vital signs, verify doses, administer medications, educate patients and triage as needed.

Responsibilities include chemotherapy administration, EMR documentation, inventory support, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of employment (unencumbered) or multi-state license.
• Current CPR and BLS certifications.
• Experience with hematology/oncology patients in clinic or hospital.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biotherapy and supportive care as ordered.
• Perform patient assessment, labs review, dose verification and education.
• Document treatment accurately in EMR and ensure proper charges.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team and respond to triage calls promptly.
• Maintain inventory and assist with supplies as needed.
