Qualifications

• Graduate with BSN within 60 months or have ≥5 years RN experience.
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing is acceptable; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data and develop a family-centered care plan.
• Administer medications and IV therapies per policies.
• Monitor patient progress and document observations in the chart.
• Coordinate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on post-care needs and self-management.
