HonorHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Shea Cancer Care team in Scottsdale, AZ. The RN provides comprehensive nursing care, administers therapies, and supports patients and families through treatment and recovery in a fast-paced oncology setting.

Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, observing and documenting patient progress, and maintaining safety with IV therapies and medications. A BSN is preferred and BLS is required.

Qualifications

• RN with current Arizona nursing license (or compact state)
• BLS certification required
• Experience in acute care or oncology a plus

Responsabilités

• Provide patient-centered nursing care tailored to cancer care patients
• Administer medications and IV therapies with attention to safety and interactions
• Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team
• Educate patients and families on treatment, home care, and recovery
• Precept and mentor junior staff when needed
