Job summary

MultiCare Health System's Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup seeks a staff RN for a 0.9 FTE, day shift with rotating weekends. You will provide direct patient care in a hospital setting and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality nursing services.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in WA (MLS)
• BLS certification required
• BSN preferred
• ACLS/PALS/NALS/TNCC/NRP as required by facility
• 1 year of acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process per hospital policies and protocols
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families and staff
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds
