MultiCare Cancer Institute in Washington is seeking a Staff RN to join its hospital-based team. You will utilize specialized nursing training to provide multidisciplinary cancer care and contribute to a high-performing care environment.

Qualifications

• Washington State RN license or MLS endorsement
• BSN preferred
• Current BLS Certification
• ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP certification as required by facility or department
• Specialty area certification preferred
• One year of acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis
• Utilize nursing knowledge to deliver care using the nursing process per hospital policies
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families and staff
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds

Education

Registered Nurse license in Washington State or MLS endorsement

BSN preferred

Current BLS Certification

ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification as required

Certification in specialty area preferred

One year of experience in acute care setting preferred
