Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Knowledge of patient and family-centered practice and ability to engage patients and families in care planning.
• Cultural awareness and ability to interact respectfully with diverse patient populations.
• Strong communication to convey information and collaborate with the care team and families.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, and discharge planning processes.
• Familiarity with health information documentation and charting in electronic systems.
• RN - Licensed Registered Nurse_PA - State of Pennsylvania.
