Allina Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Unity 2W Medical Surgical Oncology in Fridley, MN. The role is 0.6 FTE with 12-hour day/night shifts and every 3rd weekend, totaling 24 hours per week in a hospital setting.

Qualifications include an Associate's or Vocational degree, MN (or WI) RN license, and BLS; ACLS/ CMSRN preferred. Excellent benefits and union pay structures apply.

• Licensed Registered Nurse (MN or WI) and maintenance of current licensure
• BLS certification required; ACLS/ALS certifications and CMSRN preferred

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; determine outcomes and plan of care.
• Coordinate and delegate care to ensure safe, effective delivery.
• Maintain competencies and apply evidence-based nursing practices.
• Provide leadership as Charge Nurse or Preceptor as assigned.
