Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an Oncology RN to deliver compassionate, specialized cancer care in acute or outpatient settings. You will administer chemotherapy and biotherapy, monitor reactions, manage central lines, and educate patients and families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

• Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, and related medications safely per protocol.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and intervene promptly.
• Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and symptom management.
• Perform thorough assessments, document accurately, and maintain EMR records.
• Advocate for patient needs, comfort, and psychosocial support.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and best-practice initiatives.
• Collaborate with Fusion Medical Staffing team to ensure high-quality placement and continuity of care.
