Job summary

Navista is seeking a Revenue Cycle leader to guide financial counseling and access programs across multiple sites. You will oversee front-end verification, authorization support, and interactions with care teams to keep treatment on track.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, 3+ years of people leadership, and deep knowledge of oncology reimbursement and payer policies. You’ll drive compliance, optimize workflows, and improve patient financial experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle or financial counseling, preferably in oncology.
• 3+ years of people management or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of insurance plans, oncology benefits, prior authorizations, and patient financial responsibility preferred.
• Familiarity with EHR and RCM systems (Epic, Aria/Mosaiq, OncoEMR, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of financial counselors providing real‑time support to patients, physicians, nurses, and care coordinators throughout the oncology care continuum.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex or urgent patient financial issues that could delay or disrupt care.
• Oversee front‑end revenue cycle functions, including insurance verification, benefits interpretation, prior authorization support, and patient cost estimation.
• Ensure compliant and consistent application of financial assistance guidelines and documentation.
• Translate financial and coverage information into clear, actionable guidance for care teams.
