Advocate Health, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, seeks an on-site coordinator to support oncology clinical trials and regulatory documentation. You will work with the PI and trial team to start new studies and maintain compliant records throughout the study lifecycle.

The role emphasizes ensuring audit-ready documentation, patient eligibility assessment, and coordination with local research staff. Preference is given to candidates with healthcare experience and CRC certifications.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Certification in clinical research (SoCRA, ACRP, RAPS, etc.) preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assists with clinical, regulatory, business, and other documentation for oncology research/clinical trials.
• Participates in study start-up activities with the PI and team to initiate new projects.
• Maintains protocol amendments, deviations, and consent changes for oncology studies with audit-ready documentation.
• Maintains documentation for assigned studies.
• Supports filing systems, data repositories, and systems.
• Monitors clinical trial compliance by reporting issues as needed.
• Obtains required documentation and assesses patient eligibility for studies.
• Contacts local staff to confirm scheduling of tests and treatments per protocol.

Formazione
