Alliance Cancer Specialists is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Data Coordinator to support our oncology research program, managing patient research records and tracking trial participation from enrollment through long-term follow-up.

The role involves maintaining documentation, coordinating patient appointments, preparing records for audits, and assisting with data entry, database management, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with clinicians and research staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of medical office experience required; oncology experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with data entry and database management preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and organized patient research records and data files for easy retrieval and review.
• Track and collect patient data from enrollment through treatment, rehabilitation, and long-term follow-up.
• Manage clinical research logs and support research data entry and database management activities.
• Schedule patient consultations, diagnostic testing, procedures, and follow-up appointments as requested.
• Prepare research records and documentation for regulatory, accreditation, and research audits.
• Maintain research supplies, investigational products, and storage areas in accordance with department procedures.
• Assist with direct patient care activities, including obtaining vital signs and supporting procedures when appropriate.
• Support collection and processing of research specimens.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and research staff to ensure successful study execution.
• Ensure compliance with clinical research regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies.
