Job summary

Cooper University Health Care seeks an Oncology Research Pre-Post Award Associate to develop clinical trial agreements, budgets and coverage analyses for industry-sponsored trials and to manage clinical billing review in Epic. You will collaborate with Clinical Research Coordinators and grants management to support accurate billing and invoicing for federally funded and industry studies.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in research administration, finance, accounting, grant management, contracting, legal or related field.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Paralegal, Research, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

Develop clinical trial agreements, budgets and coverage analyses for industry sponsored trials.
Prepare and review research billing in Epic.
Facilitate invoicing for industry sponsored and federally funded trials.
Collaborate with Clinical Research Coordinators and grants management to support accurate billing and invoicing.
Coordinate year-end closing of accounting records with Grants and prepare reports.
Ensure compliance with sponsors and version control of clinical trial documents.
