Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license required.
- Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for acutely ill patients.
- Coordinate care with patient, family, and health team members.
- Develop individualized care plans and monitor progress.
- Direct care and manage any assistants involved in patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff; document plans and outcomes.
- Participate in governance, committees, and unit projects.
- Document patient responses and adjust care plans based on findings.
- Apply evidence-based practice to guide nursing decisions.
