Job summary
Northwestern Medicine seeks an Experienced Clinical Nurse in Medical Oncology to provide expert nursing care for oncology patients in the Prentice location. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, collaborative teamwork, and patient-centered planning in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an NLN accredited school/college of nursing.
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or higher.
- Current State of Illinois, Registered Professional Nurse license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR through American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinically competent, evidence-based care for an assigned patient group.
- Coordinate nursing care including planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Advocate for patient-centered care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in teaching, mentoring, and peer education.
- Maintain safe environment and adhere to ethical standards.
