If you have a passion for service excellence...we want to hear from you!## **Job Description:****The Role: Oncology Registered Nurse (RN)**The Oncology RN will provide comprehensive care to patients with cancer, administering treatments, managing symptoms, and offering emotional support to patients and their families.**What You'll Do:*** Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.* Evaluates the needs of the patient and/or family and provides support, appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.* Collaborates, as needed, across disciplines to coordinate appropriate patient services. Effectively delegates to ancillary personnel. May precept nursing students or new hires.* Executes the plan of care for the oncology patient including medication administration and symptom management. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
