- 1+ year of acute RN experience desirable.
Responsibilities
- Assess the patient's condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes promptly.
- Administer medications, monitor response, and document care in the medical record.
- Provide prompt, compassionate care and respond to patient requests.
- Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up.
