Banner Health in Gilbert, Arizona seeks an experienced Registered Nurse in Oncology to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will document nursing care, participate in multidisciplinary rounds, and support discharge planning within a Magnet-recognized environment.

The role requires active RN licensure, BLS certification, and experience in oncology units; schedule is 40 hours per week, Tue–Fri, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, with opportunities for growth in Banner Gateway/MD Anderson Cancer

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice and BLS certification.
• Experience in clinical oncology settings is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in accordance with nursing policies.
• Document nursing care accurately in patient records and communicate with the care team.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing care activities to ensure safety and quality outcomes.
