Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of all records.
• Follow up on all outside referrals marked as required, pending, and sent referrals.
• Documentation of outside referrals
• Patient notification of outside referrals
• Assist schedulers with starting referrals as needed.
• Overflow scheduling
• Provide support in record collection for closing the referral loop.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
