• Complete daily tasks including following up on outside referrals marked as required, pending, and sent referrals.
• Documentation of outside referrals.
• Patient notification of outside referrals.
• Assist schedulers with starting referrals as needed.
• Overflow scheduling.
• Provide support in record collection for closing the referral loop.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
