Job description

A thriving 250-bed community hospital on the coast of California in Monterey is seeking a BE/BC Radiation Oncologist to join their team.

Join a successful practice of 4 other radiation oncologists, with an additional provider needed to meet patient demand.

The Position:

1. No call required
2. Base salary with significant upside via wRVU production
3. Large onboarding package at signing for housing assistance, relocation, or loan repayment (for qualifying applicants)
4. Benefits include health, life, vacation, CME, long-term disability, and 401(k) with 4% match
