Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine R&D is recruiting for an Associate Director, Program Management Leader. This hybrid role can be located in Raritan, NJ; Spring House, PA; or Beerse, Belgium. You will translate CDT strategy into a Compound Development Plan and lead the PMT to operationalize it.

You will drive financial oversight, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration across early to late phase studies, with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Life Science preferred.
• 8+ years in Pharmaceutical, CRO or related Healthcare industry.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical development process is required.
• Project Management experience within R&D is required.
• PM systems, methodologies and tools knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Translate CDT strategy into a Compound Development Plan (CDP).
• Lead PMT and ensure operationalization of the CDP.
• Monitor scope, timelines, and budget with cross-functional partners.
• Identify risks, mitigation strategies, and governance-ready costs.
• Maintain cross-functional risk management and team performance.
