Qualifications

• This position requires a minimum of an Advanced Degree in Medicine (MD or equivalent).
• Board certified or board eligible in Uro-Oncology/Oncology is strongly preferred and post-doctoral fellowship training is required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a relevant uro-oncology clinical research position; strong cross-functional collaboration skills are needed.
• Willingness to travel up to 20–30% annually (international and domestic).

Responsibilities

• Leads the project scientists, providing training, mentoring, and supervision across assigned studies.
• Collaborates with data management, biostatistics, regulatory, GCO, QMMC, and GMS to ensure integrated execution of protocols.
• Oversees medical review of data, supports NDA/MAA development, and contributes to publications.
• Represents the clinical team in governance/committee meetings and engages with investigators and external experts.
