Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree helpful.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in marketing, sales, or related commercial roles.
• Experience with project management and healthcare/pharmaceutical industry knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead marketing tactic execution for a must-win oncology launch brand.
• Develop content for sales meetings, assets, and non-personal promotion.
• Align with the salesforce to drive proper use of materials and insights.
• Partner with Sales Learning & Development to train specialists on the product.
• Coordinate print production and promotional resources for field selling.
• Drive congress-related execution (e.g., ASCO/SAO) and pre-/post-congress activation.
• Collaborate with research/analytics to translate insights into commercial strategy.
• Prepare cross-functional teams for launch readiness and expansion execution.
