Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree helpful.
• Minimum 7 years in pharmaceutical/healthcare business.
• At least 5 years in Sales/Marketing/Managed Care or related leadership program.
• Proven marketing, project management, and clear communication skills.
• Travel up to 20%, including overnight/weekend travel.
• Preferred people leadership experience; oncology and product launch experience valued.
• Experience applying emerging technologies, such as AI, to marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Advanced Practice Provider marketing strategy for INLEXZO®, converting insights into priorities and measurable programs.
• Shape education, activation, and support strategy for Advanced Practice Providers across the patient journey.
• Drive cross-channel engagement and align brand efforts into a cohesive approach.
• Collaborate with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, analytics, advocacy, and field teams to ensure compliant provider solutions.
• Use market research, analytics, and feedback to evaluate program impact and guide investment decisions.
• Contribute to annual brand and portfolio planning for INLEXZO® in bladder cancer.
