Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree helpful.
• At least 5 years of work experience with 2 years in marketing, sales, or commercial strategy.
• Experience with project management is required.
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25% (overnights/weekends).

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing tactic execution for a must-win oncology launch brand from insight generation to field launch.
• Develop content for sales meetings, selling assets, and non-personal promotion assets.
• Coordinate with salesforce to align material use and gather insights.
• Partner with Sales Learning and Development to train specialists on the product and disease state.
• Collaborate with print production and agencies to support field selling and patient start initiatives.
• Drive congress-related execution (e.g., ASCO GU) and pre-/post-congress activation.
• Work with analytics to translate insights into commercial strategies.
• Prepare marketing and cross-functional teams for launch readiness and indication expansion.
