Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for patients to see physician, extender, labs, scans.
• Confirm patient appointments and maintain office schedules.
• Answer telephones and direct calls to staff.
• Receive and route messages and documents as needed.
• Greet patients and direct them to appropriate staff.
• Operate office equipment and standard software as needed.
• Perform clerical and administrative functions.
• Transmit information or documents by computer, mail, or fax.
• Other duties as assigned.
