Job summary

The Cancer & Hematology Centers is seeking a Physician Liaison to support territory-specific outreach to healthcare providers, education, and patient access initiatives. This role emphasizes data-informed outreach, collaboration with oncology and non-oncology infusion teams, and alignment with regulatory standards.

You will build relationships with referring providers, document activities in Salesforce, analyze referral patterns, and support educational events while traveling locally up to 80%

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with CRM and market analytics reporting, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to pull general analytical territory reports using reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of Oncology and Non-Oncology Infusion Treatments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with referring providers and staff to support coordinated patient care.
• Conduct outreach via peer-to-peer visits, email, and calls per policies.
• Use Salesforce and OneAnalytics to assess referral patterns and support planning.
• Document outreach activities in Salesforce for transparency and performance tracking.
• Analyze key metrics and variance in regular performance reviews to drive improvements.
• Identify operational barriers to referral workflows and collaborate on solutions.
