Natera is seeking a Clinic-based Test Coordinator for our Fort Wayne, IN site. This role focuses on phlebotomy services, patient care coordination, and administrative duties to support efficient testing and reporting of results.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of phlebotomy experience with oncology exposure, a BS/BA (preferred) or HS diploma (required), and state-certified phlebotomy credentials. On-site position with adherence to strict compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of phlebotomy experience; oncology experience preferred.
• BS/BA degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
• Phlebotomy Certification as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures to obtain blood specimens with precision and care.
• Verify patient identity and test requisitions; cross-reference EMR records.
• Maintain specimen integrity by following aseptic techniques and protocols.
• Track collected specimens with initials, date, and collection time; maintain logs.
• Oversee and coordinate patient care services; scheduling and aligning blood draw times.
• Collaborate with Field Sales and internal teams to support patient care continuity.
• Act as liaison for accounts and sales; document communications and follow-ups.
• Investigate and resolve escalated issues; provide clear explanations of root causes.
• Ensure compliance with CAP CLIA standards and regulatory requirements.
