The Cancer & Hematology Centers is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to lead the Pharmacy Technician staff and support inventory, billing compliance and purchasing at our Grand Rapids location.

This role involves supervising technicians, maintaining policy-compliant workflows, and collaborating with management to optimize operations and staffing. Experience in oncology and pharmacy management is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Licensed Michigan Pharmacy Technician.
• Prior experience in a retail and/or infusion pharmacy.
• Oncology and management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pharmacy Technicians workloads to obtain optimal performance.
• Monitor staff performance and participate in formal reviews.
• Oversee scheduling, time reporting and travel reimbursement per policy.
• Assist in training new technicians to ensure policy compliance.
• Interpret and analyze detailed pharmacy reports for management review.
• Assist in reconciliation of retail pharmacy claims and payments.
