Job summary

American Oncology Network AON is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support Florida Oncology and Hematology. You will prepare, dispense, and verify chemotherapy drugs under supervision, and coordinate with nursing and physicians to ensure patient safety and effective care.

You’ll manage inventory, maintain regulatory records, and contribute to training across teams. State licensure, travel readiness, and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• PTCB certification or registered as Pharmacy Technician.
• Minimum three years of healthcare experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Valid State Driver's License for travel to clinics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix chemotherapy drugs under licensed supervision and regulations.
• Maintain proficiency with the Nucleus system and accurate dispensing.
• Order, stock, and track medical supplies, with waste minimization.
• Maintain records for compassionate drug programs, trials, and processes.
• Train new technicians and collaborate with nursing, physicians, and reps.
