MD Anderson West Houston Pharmacy is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to support oncology medication dispensing and patient education. The role requires 2 years of technician experience and Texas state board registration, with preference for hospital pharmacy exposure.

Hours are 10:00am - 6:30pm, with no holidays or weekends, and on-site work at MD Anderson. Comprehensive benefits are offered starting on day one for eligible employees.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Certification as Pharmacy Technician with at least two years of experience.
• Preferred: hospital pharmacy experience (6+ months) and CPTB/IV-related certifications accepted on hire.

Responsabilidades

• Dispense oncology medications accurately and safely.
• Educate patients about medications and potential side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate patient care.
