Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Graduation from an accredited Pharmacy Technician training program or equivalent licensure.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT/RPT) is required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Initiate or receive communications with patient, provider, and team members to facilitate patient care.
• Process prescriptions and assist with medication management and REMS when applicable.
• Assist with compounding, preparation and distribution under supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Maintain records and reports required by law and hospital policy.
