Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for the Hematology & Oncology Ambulatory department in Mt Airy, NC. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, first shift from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a $6,000 sign-on bonus eligible for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in pharmacy technology preferred for NC technicians.
• Registration/Licensure with state board of pharmacy as required.

• Typically 3 years of health care/pharmacy experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Completes area-specific work following standard processes and policies.
• Serves as an expert with equipment and technology in the specialty area.
