Job summary

Onco360 Pharmacy, a specialized oncology pharmacy, seeks an Intake/Prescription Setup Pharmacy Technician to join our Houston team. You will create patient profiles, process orders from electronic prescriptions, and manage incoming documents in a high-volume setting.

You may transition to remote work after completing onsite training, with a sign-on bonus available. Starting pay is $22 per hour, with full-time hours between 8am and 8pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Licensed/registered pharmacy technician as per state law.
• Previous pharmacy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates patient profiles and processes orders from electronic prescriptions and fax queues.
• Requests refill prescriptions as appropriate.
• Manages incoming documents from the fax server.
• Generates and types prescriptions for pharmacist verification.
• Follows up on outbound prescription transfers.
• Clarifies patient demographics and clinical information for processing.
