Job summary

The position requires PGY1 plus 1 year in oncology or 3 years oncology-focused hospital pharmacy, BCOP preferred, Pharm.D. or PGY2 Oncology, and BLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Licenses/Certifications: Pharmacist Board certification in Oncology (PHRM-).
• BCOP preferred but must be current or achieved within one year of starting.
• AHA BLS required within 90 days of hire.
• 3 years of hospital pharmacy program/services experience; 50% oncology focus acceptable.
• Oncology medication use process management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, provide and evaluate clinical pharmacy services for oncology patients.
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to support decision making in oncology care.
• Participate in quality assurance and management projects related to oncology and immunologic therapy.
• Work with lead oncologists and cancer care center leadership across Pharmacy and Medical staff.
