Job summary

The incumbent provides mentorship to staff and acts as a clinical resource for providers, contributing to oncology pharmacy programs while handling distributive duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. degree with valid pharmacist licensure in good standing.
• If no residency training, at least 5 years of practice in the specialty area.
• PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency requirements must be met with Board Certification or equivalent within designated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Establish and expand clinical services in the area of practice.
• Develop medication protocols and order sets.
• Facilitate medication utilization reviews and performance improvement projects.
• Provide mentorship and clinical resources for staff and healthcare providers.
• Contribute clinical expertise to pharmacy program activities.
