Compass Oncology seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to oversee pharmaceutical care plans in oncology, evaluate patient data, and coordinate with clinicians for safe, timely drug therapy. The role includes QA of orders, staff training, and patient education in a busy practice.

Requirements include a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, Oregon licensure, and 2+ years in oncology with IV medication experience. Travel between clinics may be needed; benefits are comprehensive.

Qualifikationen

• Pharmacist with oncology knowledge and clinical pharmacy experience.
• Oregon licensure required; Washington licensure preferred.
• BCOP or eligibility to obtain BCOP within 3 years preferred.
