Job summary

Qualifications

• Epic experience in pharmacy operations preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Build treatment plans, verify orders, and monitor oncology patients.
• Perform dose modifications for anticancer agents and provide drug information to the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Educate patients and families on safe and effective use of chemotherapy (IV and oral).
• Process chemotherapy and other orders for infusion for oncology patients.
