Southcoast Health in Fairhaven, MA is seeking a Pharmacist - Oncology for per diem coverage. The role involves professional dispensing, clinical review of outpatient chemotherapy, and collaboration with nurses and physicians across cancer care sites.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Pharmacy, MA pharmacist license, and oncology experience (1 year preferred). Vaccination against flu and COVID-19 is required or an approved exemption may be requested.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy required.
• Massachusetts pharmacist license required.
• Experience with USP 797/800 required.
• Oncology experience preferred; 1 year preferred.
• Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy preferred.
• Vaccination for flu and COVID-19 required or approved exemption.

Responsabilités

• Dispense outpatient chemotherapy under supervision.
• Serve as resource for nurses, physicians and clinicians.
• Support clinical trials and provide direction to staff.
• Communicate with patients and health care professionals to optimize therapy.
