Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Hinsdale seeks a Clinical Oncology Pharmacist to support infusion center and medical oncology services. You will oversee treatment plans, collaborate with physicians, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care in a physician-led team.

The role requires 3-5 years of oncology pharmacy experience, a Pharm.D., and Illinois licensure, with Epic knowledge and strong clinical judgment. On-site schedule is Mon-Fri, 8am-5:30pm, with possible travel to nearby locations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years as a pharmacist with Oncology experience.
• Hospital Infusion Center experience preferred.
• Epic knowledge and experience preferred.
• Interprets chemotherapy treatment protocols and non-chemotherapy regimens.

Responsibilities

• Enter medication orders and dispense medications/IV solutions accurately and timely.
• Critically evaluate medication therapy and optimize regimens.
• Document patient assessments and interventions clearly.
• Ensure cost-effective drug therapy and monitor interactions.
