Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience 0-1 year preferred.
• Basic Life Support/Certified nursing credentials preferred may be listed in posting.

Responsibilities

• Performs vital signs, weights/heights, intakes and outputs with accuracy.
• Completes all documentation in the medical record as required.
• Interacts with patients and their families effectively.
• Helps patients with bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with turning and repositioning in bed and with mobility.
