Job summary

The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to work onsite at 75 Francis Street. You will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and document in the medical record during night shifts.

A $750 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible new employees. High school diploma preferred; BLS/Certification preferred. 32 hours weekly with pay range $20.58–$26.58 per hour, reflecting Mass General Brigham compensation framework.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in patient care/elder care 0-1 year preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform vital signs and measurements with accuracy.
• Document all data in the medical record.
• Interact effectively with patients and families.
• Assist with daily living activities and hygiene.
• Turn and reposition patients and assist mobility.
• Communicate health concerns to nurses.
