Responsibilities

• Schedule new patients and follow-up clinic appointments.
• Coordinate subsequent treatments and requested diagnostic tests.
• Prepare and maintain patient medical records; reconcile billing issues.
• Answer and triage calls on multiple phone lines; support referrals and authorizations.
