• Interview, register, admit, and update/create patients' medical records.
• Process professional/technical fees and handle cash collection.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and staff with clerical and reception duties.
• Assist with a variety of administrative tasks in the Oncology department.
• Deliver warm, friendly, and helpful patient service.
