Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; coursework in insurance/billing is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical or physician office or healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for providers and staff with patient scheduling questions.
• Obtain insurance verification and secure authorizations for services.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
