Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services to oncology patients and families.
• Orient patients to outpatient accommodations and facilities.
• Deliver exemplary service and responsive feedback to patients and staff.
• Represent Guest Services by upholding mission, values and service standards.
